What many people may not know about me is this: I have a soul-level kinda love for sharing the ancient wisdom of these three core modalities. They have deepened my self-understanding and that of so many in my life - including my partner, my family, my friends, and my colleagues.

However, my personal journey is what lit a fire in my heart to help other women use these powerful tools to empower themselves, to know themselves, and live from a place of total wholeness. Knowing my chart, along with that of my son and my husband has created so much more love, patience, and compassion in my family unit.
