Seasonal Session Winter Energy

Who are you? Like your you ‘est’ YOU. Be her/him/they. That’s what 2022 is asking of us. Do you know them? How about instincts? Do you listen to yours?

2022 started divinely with a New Moon in Capricorn. I cannot think of a better way to kick off a New Year. New Moons are beginnings. It’s as if the stage has been set for the work you choose for the year ahead and you have one of the most loyal, determined signs at our helm, Capricorn! Capricorn is like that private instructor that pushes you to workout harder and harder and you keep showing up because the results are so good even if you can't always bend over to tie your shoes without wincing (you know exactly what I am talking about). And whose opposing Capricorn for the January 17th full moon, caring Cancer, yessss! So much support and the perfect balance that we seek. Lean into her arms and release whatever was and is no longer. Dance, cry, howl at this moon if this is what you are called to do. Simply release. If you are brought to tears, embrace them with joy and reverence that your body feels and produces water to fall from your eyes! Acknowledge your story, the one you have been writing, all of it up until now. And then hand it over because your next chapter is being written NOW and your last story is bye bye. My sister recently shared an Instagram post with an unknown quote that truly captures this essence, "You can't start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one". There is extraordinary relief that comes when we hand over our pain. Let go of that sand bag you have been replaying so that your hot air balloon can soar. Take the position of a child that perceives the world for the first time. Stay in grand wonder to this infinite mystery.

Right around the Full moon in Cancer, the lunar nodes will also change signs, moving into Taurus and Scorpio.

The Lunar Nodes change signs every 1.5 years

This is for the collective, therefore everyone on the planet is experiencing these shifts, emotions, challenges. Another reason to stay kind, considerate and patient with ‘strangers’. Probably worth a friendly reminder that we are all walking each other home…

The North Node represents our spiritual journey, lessons we are here to learn and where embodiment may be challenging but will ensure great rewards if/when we stick with putting in the effort.

The South Node represents our old habits, beliefs, and patterns which keep us stuck and struggling. AKA shadow. So, what do you say? Let's own our shadows and move through them so that we continue on our spiritual north bound journey!

The Taurus-Scorpio axis is fixed so change will be slow. Taurus is all about stamina, being resourceful and rewarded when staying the course.

Scorpio is deeply wise, knowing what needs to be done, but not always acting and can be secretive.

In order to jump in our hot air balloon, we need to release anything heavy.

Where in your life are you being asked to be your bravest?

We are going to be feeling this axis around our basic needs of survival, pleasure, indulgence, sexuality, psychology, shadows, emotional processing and devotion. It’s a lot. But remember, we have our coach Capricorn and the support of Cancer AND what if it all works out?

If the above was not enough... Jupiter is in Pisces until May.

Jupiter in Pisces may possibly be my favorite aspect. It's pure possibility.

If you would like to look at your chart in depth or even just on the surface with a transit reading, I would love to pause and help guide you. Here is the direct link to my guidance offerings.

With shared abundance and acceptance for all that 2022 is,
