Our Olive Oil cake was originally inspired by an Italian Polenta cake. We use organic extra virgin olive oil, citrus zest and vanilla bean.
Our La Saison Napa Valley Olive Oil Cake is also Gluten Free. Delicious on its own or lightly toasted and served with whipped cream + seasonal fruit.
- Each order includes 4 cakes. Each loaf can be frozen for up to 3 months and thaw beautifully at room temperature within 30 minutes.
